A browser workspace is planned.

We are preparing YCB Desk for a future browser workspace. No launch date is announced, and browser invoicing is not available in the current release.

Your account comes first.

The account portal is being verified for secure sign-in, subscriptions, activated computers, company roles and cloud allowances. It uses Google identity and an authenticator code. It is separate from editing invoices, clients and jobs in the browser.

One account, clear permissions.

Business owners, company administrators and YCB platform administrators have separate permissions. An email address or Google sign-in alone does not grant an administrator role. Changes to a subscription require recent two-step confirmation.

The Windows workspace remains separate.

Use a local business with a valid offline licence when records must stay on your computer. A future web workspace will need an internet connection. Connecting Google does not automatically turn on company sync or grant Gmail permission.

Release only after verification.

The current account and payment preview is limited to staging and Sandbox. Public browser access, Live payments and a final Windows download will be announced only after their release checks pass.
