Check your subscription and Desktop access.

Public checkout remains closed until release approval. Sandbox payments used during testing do not charge real money. The steps below describe the release candidate.

Google sign-in is a separate step

Signing in identifies your account. It does not start a subscription or automatically upload your invoices. Gmail sending needs its own permission. Use the Google account associated with your purchase when checking its subscription.

After a payment

In YCB Desk, open License → Subscription & billing. Choose Check subscription and wait for the result, then choose Validate desktop access. A successful check shows Desktop access verified and the paid-until date. Returning to a browser page alone does not activate the program.

If confirmation is delayed

Keep your existing records and check the subscription again when you have an internet connection. Do not start a second purchase just to repeat a check. If the result is still unclear, contact support with the version and visible message. Do not send passwords, recovery keys, Google tokens or card details.

Renewal and cancellation

The signed-in account owner can open the billing portal from YCB Desk when it is available. Check the renewal price and date before confirming a plan change. Cancelling renewal keeps access until the end of the paid period. An unpaid change does not increase your plan allowance.

Payments and access reviews

A refund and a licence-access decision are separate actions. Support may review an affected subscription, but closing a review does not create a new payment or extend the paid period. After an access restriction is resolved, use Validate desktop access to check this computer.

Your allowance

Computer, user and business limits are different. Cloud space is shared across the paying account's businesses. The storage panel shows used and remaining space; another business does not start a second full storage allowance. There is no automatic unlimited storage overage.
