Compare invoiced work and recorded receipts over time.
Outstanding balances stay separate from confirmed receipts.
Example balances total £625.00. Attaching a statement does not mark an invoice as paid.

Client records →Keep agreed work, job details and documents close together. Review the amounts before issuing the invoice and keep its original PDF.
Documents and invoicing →Review outstanding invoices, recorded receipts, costs and reports. An example chart helps explain the screen; your own reports use your own records.
Reports and graphs →A familiar Windows workspace, local records and deliberate controls over cloud use. Designed for owners who want to understand their figures and keep the original documents behind them.
A local business uses an encrypted vault on your computer. Backup and export are separate actions; company sync is a choice, with a visible account allowance.
Keep original PDFs and images, then enter and confirm the figures yourself. OCR and automatic bank import are disabled.
Release testing covers records, backups, access controls, billing and cloud originals. Final public-release checks are still open.
Security and release boundaries →Choose a local business with a valid signed offline licence to work without Google sign-in or uploading company records. Prepare local quotes and invoices, manage clients and jobs, record expenses and payments, and review reports.
Local records, document preparation and reports can stay offline. The app creates its storage folder automatically, and you can inspect it or use the built-in folder change action.
Cloud sync, Google sign-in, Gmail sending, online purchases and downloading updates need a connection. A connected business also needs the server when issuing an invoice with a cloud-assigned number.
Offline rights have their own licence conditions and expiry. Keep a verified backup separately from the working computer; cloud sync is not a substitute for a backup.
Compare computer, user, business and cloud allowances before choosing. Public sales and the final signed download remain closed until release approval.
